Griesson – de Beukelaer, one of Germany’s leading manufacturers of confectioneryand savory baked goods with over 150 years of company history, has worked with GQS to systematically realign its recipe development and quality management processes, thereby transforming a legacy system landscape into a future-proof, fully integrated SAP architecture.
A Look at the Project
Today, more than 270 users are working with an end-to-end solution based on SAP S/4HANA, which was rolled out simultaneously across three plants, significantly reducing the number of interfaces and automating declarations in 22 languages in compliance with regulations.
