Heinemann<\/b>a global leader in travel retail, was faced with the challenge of redesigning the mapping of excise duties as part of the introduction of <b>SAP S\/4HANA<\/b>. The previous solution was no longer available and a powerful, future-proof solution was needed.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">With the <b>GQS@tax solution<\/b>, Heinemann was able to ensure efficient and legally compliant processing of over 200,000 material movements per day &#8211; and all within a very tight timeframe of just ten months. A total of seven countries with up to eleven different tax types were integrated in order to meet the complex requirements.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">A particular focus was on the integration of the <b>EMCS interface<\/b>, which is responsible for around 50% of the relevant documents, and the flexible handling of more than 70 combinations of tax types and regions.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Find out more about this ambitious project and how <b>GQS@tax<\/b> is the perfect solution for the complex requirements of Gebr.
