Review of the SAP QM Info Days 2025
Focus on integrated quality management with SAP
Two days full of exciting insights, practical examples and valuable discussions:
The SAP QM Info Days 2025, organized by SAP and DHC Dr. Herterich & Consultants GmbH, offered numerous impulses for integrated quality management in SAP systems.
We from GQS were also able to take part with our own presentation. Our colleague Matthias Strobl, Head of SAP QM, used specific customer examples to show how companies can design their quality processes to be consistent and digital – from delivery to inspection and evaluation.
Digital quality processes – presented in a practical way
In his presentation, Matthias Strobl presented various approaches on how quality management processes can be implemented efficiently and transparently in SAP.
The central topics included:
-Delivery cockpit for incoming goods inspection
–Specification management and MRL databases as an integrated database
-Directtransfer of results from the inspection lot to the batch
–Mobile results recording with scan apps and evaluation in the QM cockpit
The focus was on practical implementation: How can companies use existing SAP structures to optimize their quality management – without system breaks or redundant data storage?
More transparency, efficiency and data quality
Our goal as an SAP consultancy is clear:
to make quality management processes in SAP even more efficient, transparent and data-secure.
After all, a consistent QM system is the basis for high product quality, traceability and sustainable process optimization – especially in regulated sectors such as the food and process industries.
